What Causes Small Size Of Nipples On Breast With Normal Mammogram?

I went for a GYN check up and she did a breast exam and I a mammogram which all was good. Now I m a little concerned because one of my nipples seems to be getting smaller and almost but not quite flat on my breast. Should I be concerned with this? I seen my GYN in October.

Is there a comparison being made with the normal nipple-areola complex? I would also like to ask about your age, whether you are on any medications, birth control, contraceptives, recent weight gain, or weight loss, sexual activity, comfort with inner wear (etc.). A physical (visual) examination with greatly help, and if at all your doctors appointment is soon then it would good, but if at all it is not then you could avail our premium service and write to me. In our premium service we provide an option to attach images to the discussion, and if you are comfortable attaching images of the affected region and the normal one as well (for comparison basis), then please do.

A hormonal change can influence the nipple-areola complex, and other factors I have mentioned as well.
