What Causes Small White Blister In Middle Of Palm?

this morning I noticed what appeared to be a samll white blister in the middle of my palm which was surrounded by 6 other white blisters. By 10:00 a.m. they were gone. I just returned from a 1/2 walk and the spots has returned but they are now dark in colour. They are under the skin. I am a type 1 diabetic
