What Causes Small White Bumps Near Frenulum?

Hi. Recently I have noticed small white pin point 1mm sized bumps near my frenulum. They appear symmetrical on both sides of thefrenulum. I fear these may be genital warts because I did have unprotected sex,can someone please give a closely related answer if possible

is there any discharge coming out

I would advice you for battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin, CBC, Liver function test and if required investigation to rule out STDs like VDRL.

meanwhile please consider these guidelines
maintain good hygiene
wash it with antiseptic soap or solution and keep it clean and moist
you must use condom during sex.
