Hi I m just wondering if you could shed any light?.. I ve got a white patch on my penis shaft that has appeared in the last two weeks & hasn t gone I also suffer from fordyce spots. I m just wondering if this could be associated with the fordyce spots or what I ve seen a change in skin could be cancer! I m 25 & in good health. Please if you could help it would be much appreciated.
We cannot think of cancer unless it is chronic / increase in space occupying lesion and conform by a pathologist. Your white patch can be sexually transmitted infection. If you had unprotected sex - need to rule out.
If not, it can be due to bacterial / fungal infection. Local application of antibiotics / antifungal can help you. Share a picture for confirmation.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
