Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
It looks like Penile Papules. It is harmless & not associated with sexually transmitted infections. You need not worry. However, you should take care of your hygiene & wear loose fitting clothes. Most people do not require any treatment for this condition but if it gets painful or uncomfortable, you can consult a PCP & have a minor surgery (cryo/laser surgery or freezing) done to removal it. However, if you are sexually active, get examined to rule out genital wart.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
