Hii sir i am using melacare cream from few weeks without any dictors consults, but now i found white spot in many sides on my face so suggest me sir what will i do after that , is discontinue this cream or starts using another cream ? Sir , please give me answer

Using a triple combination without prescription does more harm than good...u need to stop itz application, make it alt day for 4 days and stop it
