What Causes Small Yellow Pimples Around Anus?

I noticed that there are small yellow pimples around my anus. Some of he are even white. They itch but not all the time. It's very uncomfortable sitting down when they start to heart. 2 weeks ago I had constipation or stools heart a bit till now , although I took stool softener.
