Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Being under height and under weight is not a think that you should like. It is important indicators or elements of your physical health and this determine your well-being. About the head, it should be proportional with the other parts of your body. This problems can not be resolved on line.My advice for you is to consult physically a local pediatric endocrinologist or a genetics specialist because it is necessary to do some test and to analyze your actual height, weight, head circumference and all the other elements of your physical development. Potential causes of short stature and under weight fall into three categories:chronic diseases(for example malnutrition), familiar short stature,or constitutional delay of growth and development. As I said earlier,it is necessary to consult the endocrinologist or a medical genetics specialist to analyze better your situation and to find a solution for your physical development problems. You are too young and for this reason I think that if we find the problem, you can have normal physical indicators, in the future.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
