What Causes Smell In Blood Coming From Vagina After C-section?

Hello I've has my c-section 3 weeks ago & the cut healed fine & it's perfect no odor etc; however there's a fishy smell coming from my vagina. The bleeding is slowing down & is now a orange/brownish color but the smell of the blood smells horrible.. please help.
