What Causes Smell In The Testicles After Surgery For Cyst Removal?

Not sure if this is the right area, I recently had surgery on my testicles to have a cyst removed from the left testicle. Since then the wound has almost completely healed but recently it has started to produce an odor that smells like cheese. Their is no oozing or puss, just the smell. Is something wrong?

Based on the facts of your query, You seem to suffer from-
Bacterial flora of Scrotal skin causing Extra fermentation of Sebum- secreted from hyperactive sebum glands.
Fermentation / or putrefaction of Fatty acids in sebum, give stinking smell from the fermented sebum from bacterial flora of Scrotal skin.
