What Causes Smelly And Sticky Feet?

Yes, I was wondering what I can do about my feet? I am a 34 yr old female- my feet have been smelling lately and my socks stick to pads of my feet and when pulling sock aprt from foot breaks off some skin. I try moitureizing them and i shower 2x day. What can I do to alleviate this situation? It is quite embarrassing.

thanks for asking,
all of this problem is due to plantar hyperhidrosis.
plantar hyperhidrosis can be effectively controlled with the help of iontophoresis. in the mean time you can manage with antifungal powder sprayed to you feet before wearing socks. use good quality cotton socks and wash them at regular interval. tab tropan 2.5mg(Oxybutynin) once daily is also effective in controlling hyperhidrosis.
