What Causes Smelly Discharge In Pregnancy?

Hi, I am ar weaks pregnant. I have a smelly dicsharge my gynae gave me some antibiotics a month ago and I finished the treatment, I went to see a doctot today and he says I still have the infection but the baby is normal. Could my baby be at risk? Can I HIV positive?

HI, welcome to healthcare magic.As your history suggest you are having infection & your doctor has given medicine for that. But as your doctor said you are having infection still,so in my opinion you should continue the treatment under valuable guidance of your doctor because if the infection will persist for long ,then it may harm your baby. As your history is not informative enough to say what it is exactly. So we can't say its HIV as you do not have any other symptoms also.So better get A HIV test done if you have not done yet, to confirm your doubt.Good luck.Thanks.
