What Causes Smelly Liquid Discharge From Anus?

Hi, I have clear liquid leaking from my anus. It s a strong odor. I also have intense gassiness. I also woke up last night with stool in my underwear. Stool is leaking out its disgusting. I also seem to have excess vaginal discharge and a milky discharge almost equivalent to cumming discharge at least 3 times a day just doing my daily rountines. I just had an iud put in, could it be implemented in my uterine wall causing these issues?

For your vaginal discharges your IUD if infected could be the cause. But the relation with your liquid leakeage from your anus is a bit difficult to doubt. Only in the case of perforation a highly rare complication of IUD.
