What Causes Sneezing And Ear Congestion?

I cant tell if i have a cold or if theyre allergies.. my symptoms are as follow Occosional sneezing, ears feel like there clogged, tickling sensation in my throat, no fever, head ache(pressure) coughing up alot of phlegm, chest hurts, minor coughing.. Ive been taking nyquil and dayquil from april 15- april 21, then was told to try therflu so ive been take that april 22- april 26, and then ive tried benadryl from april 27- april 29 and none that has helped me at all... im curious to know what this is and why its lasting so long.. i feel like a truck has run me over

You may be suffering from acute upper respiratory tract infection with rhinopharyngitis. It may be due to viral or bacterial or allergic. Avoid cool drinks and freeze water avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Use tablet Levocetirizine twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
