What Causes Sneezing And Runny Nose After Putting Nasal Tube For Oxygen?
I had a gastroscopy under general anaesthetic 2 days ago ago. It was administered via IV and I had a nasal tube to administer some oxygen. When I woke up I found that the smell from then oxygen tube was tooo strong and sore in my nose and when I returned from the recovery room I started sneezing and have a runny puffy nose till now. If even touch my nose it has a tingling feeling inside that just sets the sneezing off. I thought just ask if this is a common thing? I am seeing my Doctor on Monday only. Thank you.
