What Causes Soft Bumpy Lumps On My Vagina?
For the last week I have developed red bumps on my RH labia majora. The bumps are soft and look lumpy and are extreemily itchy and are positioned on the top edge of the Labia. They are more noticeable after I shower. The LH labia majora looks normal.. I am 32 weeks pregnant and have been battling with thrush, but this feels different to thrush.

You already have a history of thrush, it weakens the immune system. The bumps in your vagina that are extremely itchy can be genital warts or herpes infection. You should consult your gynecologist, get examined. Get all STD tests done so that you get treated.
Maintain hygiene, take adequate water and stay well fed since you are 32 weeks pregnant. You can apply Calamine lotion or water-based moisturizer to get relieved from the itching.
