What Causes 'soft Glans Syndrome' With No Erection In Corpus Spongiosum?
i have a problem that started when i was 16 thats called"soft glans syndrome" whereby i can get an erection no problem but the corpus spongiosum part that goes along the uretha to the glans is completely soft and does not get erect but the corpus cavernosum part along the top side is hard and the glans is soft aswel,im now 29 and can only have sex if i physically trap the blood using elastic rings but i have to have them realy tight to work,if i try sex without it my penis just bends at the tip.ive been to my gp and he set me up an appointment with a pshycosexual counseller wich i dont need because my problem is not pshycological.plus there a 5 month waiting time for the appoinment.i would like to know if theres any help i can get and find out what caused it?
Hi, generally the glans does not become rigid with erection as it does not have erectile tissue.probably youare not getting stiff erection because of poor flow into erctile tissue in corpora cavernosum.
