What Causes Soft Lump On Left Lower Abdomen?

I have a soft lump on my left lower abdomen I do remeber months ago I was pregnant andwas injured the skin was bruised bit the lump never went away I had my dr feel it and he said it was fatty tissue should I go for further evaluation. It does not hurt or anything like that

Dear: thanks for using our service. The most common reason for a painless palpable lump in a superficial area is a lipoma, which is a benign accumulation of fatty tissue between skin and muscle. Ot is not dangerous, just need surgery of bothers or grow big. Just keep observation.
