What Causes Solid Bumps On The Leg And Abdomen?

I have a cluster of reddish purple bumps on the left side of my lower abdomen, and one on the top of my leg. They ve been there for a couple months but recently raised into solid , darker bumps than they originally were. They do not itch at all. Just ugly! Help!
