What Causes Sore And Bleeding At The Top Of The Bum?
Just recently I have had blood when I wipe my bum it s not from in my anus but on the out side (this has happened before from over wiping and to hard) but this time it s a bit more sore and all that at the top of my bum I have a but of skin like after my Anus and then another little cator like a normal ass crack and yea (it s just a bit of skin there I was born with it so it looks like a tiny butthole haha) anyway it s also red there and there is sometime a bit of white crust and after a while there is a bit of like clear oil there you can see it unless you touch it and it smells and if I use toliet paper and wipe it just a tiny bit of brown
hi Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum You seem to have developed a fungal infection of the natal cleft region, which can be either tinea infection or candidiasis. You should try to keep the groin region clean and dry . Do not apply any kind of oils or moisturizing creams over the groin region . Wear cotton undergarments inorder to reduce sweating. You need to use an antifungal agent like Clotrimazole gel over the affected area twice a day. Also you might need to take oral antifungals like fluconazole . And to relieve the itching, take oral antihistamines .
