What Causes Sore And Swollen Breasts During Mensuration?

hi.my name is amanda how are u ok.my periods are always on time my last period was august 8th til the 11th my next period was suppose to.come on september 5th but I didnt come til the.7th I took two test one before the 5th of this month and one on.the sixth and both said negative my nipples get sore sometimes when im coming on but this particular period my breasts have and still is swollen and my nipples are extremely sore.please help

Hi,

The decreased hormonal levels leads to congested breast, it resolve spontaneously. No need of any medication right now. If it feels more uncomfortable you can take tablet Primosa twice a day or may apply Primosa oil over breast.
