What Causes Sore And Tender Breast?
Why do my breasts feel really tender and sore when I lean forward and when I touch them? They also feel really heavy. I am mid way through my cycle and only normally feel like this before I am due my period. The pain has been nonstop for three days now. I am in some discomfort. Thanks.

Breast pain and tenderness may be a routine part of their monthly menstrual cycle as mentioned just before your periods. But if the pain seems unbearable, or occurs during mid-cycle, it might be something that needs to be discussed with a surgeon. It can be that you are having mastitis if you have a child to breast feed. Another possibility is ductal infection. Since there is no lump or nipple discharge, it is unlikely to be a malignancy. However seeing a doctor is important.
