Pediatrician 's  Response
Rash was due to allergic reaction to toilet paper as she is known to be allergic to that. Sometimes allergic reaction might cause dizziness, fainting, sweating etc.
Apart from local hydrocortisone cream you will need to give oral citrizine.
For cold you need to give oral decongestants and paracetamol for fever.

For further queries regarding this disease or its medications you may take my appointment at Healthcare Magic.
