Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

If you felt the snap on your wrist within a couple of days, I advise to apply cold compresses locally and to go to ER to get further evaluated by orthopedist.

Local analgesic creams are also advised to use overnight together with oral pain killers to reduce pain.

Hope it was of help!
