What Causes Sore Breast, Headache And Dizziness After Unprotected Intercourse?
44 year old Woman, unprotected sex, no period since August 13 (period every 38 days regular), 5 pregnancy tests: negative, yesterday/today brown spotting on undies. Been told that some pregnancy will not show a positive for up to 3 or 4 months in pregnancy. and bleeding and spotting can be normal. Dizzy most days, slightly sore breasts, light headaches, some lower backaches, prenatal Hard lower abdomen, very small cramping few days. taking prenatal vitamin just in case. (Mother had younger brother at age 46 naturally)

hi healthcare magic user, if I would have been your doctor I would have advised you to get a blood test called serum BHCG to confirm pregnancy.
all your symptoms are pointing towards pregnancy as you are in permenopausal age it could be delayed implantation so urine pregnancy test can be negative.
if the blood test is negative then get pelvic ultrasound done to rule out ovarian cyst/cause for delayed period.
