OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Is there any specific time like just before the start of the periods or around ovulation do you feel the soreness or is it throughout the cycle? It could be PMS related, or fibro adenosis which is glandular changes in the breast with the hormonal changes in the cycle. You need to get examined once. If it is PMS or fibro adenosis, taking vitamin E might be helpful.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
