I had my tubes tied 12 years ago. I am 37 years old. My breast normally get sore before my period and it did this month. I got off my period last week. But my breast are still sore and now (not all the time) I am spotting blood. It is not alot but you can see it. It comes and goes. And here and there I feel some light cramping in the bottom of my stomach.

Hi,

Thanks for writing to us.

Your symptoms can be due to so many causes.
Most common in your case due to hormonal disturbances.
You can go and consult a gynaecologist and get your examination, blood test, thyroid profile and pelvic ultrasound done to rule out the cause.

Hope this is helpful to you.
Good luck.
Regards
Dr.Richa
