Hi,

First of all relax, you are completely fine. It is because may be you have some vision problem and need some glasses. So it's ok to tell your mom, she will take you to an eye doctor and you will be fine regarding loss of control.

You need a simple brain test. EEG, it will clear your situation but in any case you can do nothing without your mom. Go to her and she will definitely help you out.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Hina Javed
