What Causes Sore In Mouth, Throat And Scalp?

My tongue has been sore as well as my throat and the scalp at the top of my head feels like it has sores but I can't see any thing. My eyes are dry as my face especially my checks and around my mouth feel Sun burned. I also have whiteness on my tongue. I have recently lost 25 lbs through diet

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain sore tongue and throat along with white coating on tongue is an indication of Oral Yeast infection known as Oral Candidiasis which is commonly known as Thrush..
You need to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and in case of thrush he/she can advise you to take anti-fungal agents like Nystatin mouthwash and Clotrimazole Lozenges for 15 days..
Taking more of probiotics like Yoghurt and garlic will help..
In case if it does not resolve in 15 days oral antifungal medicines like Fluconazole and Itraconazole can be advised..
For soreness gargle with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine especially during meals to prevent discomfort..
Chew sugarfree chewing gum as it stimulates saliva flow..
Suck on ice pops..

The dryness and burnt feeling on skin can be due to fungal infection or can be due to Atopic Dermatitis but exact cause can be confirmed by consulting a Dermatologist and get evaluated and he can advise you to take oral and topical steroids and anti-allergic medication as per the diagnosis.
Cold compresses over the face can also relieve..
