General Surgeon 's  Response
hi.

did u have a recent infection in your upper respiratory tract? it could be an inflammatory process but if it didn't resolve spontaneously, it could be due to other causes. it is best if you consult with a general surgeon or an ENT doctor to physically examine you. further diagnostic examination (like neck ultrasound or ct-scan) will be done if there are indications.

hope this helps.

good day!!
