What Causes Sore Neck Hairline And Skin Lumps When Diagnosed With Eczema?

I get these painful sores on my head. I saw the doctor and she said that they are eczema as I suffer from it in other areas. So now I have one of these sores near my hairline on the back of my neck and beside it I have a hard lump under my skin about the size of a kidney bean, It hurts like a bruise without touching it. Also my neck feels tight and like I need to pop it constantly.

The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description is lichen simplex chronicum which characteristically occurs on the nape of neck.Topical potent steroid cream like halobetasol can be used along with emolients. Oral antihistamines like fexofenadine may also be used. Regards
