What Causes Sore Neck In Children?
My 5 year old is complaining of a sore neck. It has been coming an going thought out the past 3 days... Before he had complained of neck pain he had fever an was very tired. Any ideas of what may be a cause of this? (we do not have medical insurance)

Fever and neck pain could be part of viral fever or serious issues like meningitis. Follow the child, if he does not have any problem except neck pain you dont need to worry. But if he shows signs like photophobia, headache, nausea vomiting abnormal behaviour contact me or other pediatrician as this could be meningitis.
