What Causes Sore Nipple For Men?
I am a 27 year old male,I have a sore right nipple for the last 3 to 4 months, the right side is sore when I lie on it or press on it, it is more swollen on this side compared to my left side aswell. Was wondering do you think could be gynecomastia or a cyst or maybe something else?

It could be a cyst that may also have some infection in it since it's tender.
Gynecomastia usually affects both breasts in men.
Were I your doctor I would get an ultrasound and, if it were a cyst, I would drain it
