What Causes Sore Nipples While On Arthritic Treatment?

hi i am 25 years old and unmarried. at the age of 16 i was diagnosed with rheumatois arthritis. i am on methotrexate, HCQS, SAAZ DS, Folic Acid. now i problem is that from few weeks i am having a problem of sour breast nipples. it irritates me a lot and especially hurts me when they are covered.
