OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Soreness and hardness in the breast can be due to breast abscess or breast cancer.
I would suggest you to consult an oncologist to get properly examined, investigated including mammography and biopsy, if required, and get appropriate treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
