What Causes Sore Penis After Oral Sex?

I am 31yr old African American uncircumcised man, my skin has foreskin and part of the underside where the foreskin begins has turned very light to white in color. The rest of my body and penis is normal color. I did for to the ER and have tests done, no STD or anything of the kind was found via the blood tests. It has been few months and my color has not returned nor has it spread much if at all from what I can tell. Just basically the same. When it first occurred I was wearing jeans (no under wear), handed yet washed after receiving oral sex, and waited a while. There was itching and some irritation then soon after was when I had first remember realizing the discoloration. Any feedback would be helpful. I do intend on going to a urologist and dermatologist, I would just like some expert opinion feedback early as possible. If vililigo is it reversible? what are the odds of some sort of skin cancer? could it be the after effects of a infection that has since left my system? And is there any way to get my color back?

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
What you explained in your presentation, seems to be due Vitiligo. It is a harmless disease. It is not an infection and not contagious to your partner, just like that of graying of Hair.
It is possible to regain the color of your foreskin, provided if you take a course of Psoralen or Methoxasalen tablets for three to six months along with UV exposure weekly twice. If of is not possible for UV exposure or sunlight exposure it will be difficult to regain the color. Skin cancer due to Vitiligo foreskin is a remote possibility. Any hidden infection (Eg. Caries tooth) or inflammation would be triggering factor for vitiligo.
Another rare possibility is a condition called as Balanitis Xerotica Obliterans (BXO) where there might be a narrowing of foreskin opening or urethral orifice due to Atrophy of skin apart from depigmentation. Biopsy can prove the diagnosis. Consult your Dermatologist,he/she will help you.
