What Causes Sore, Red And Burning Vaginal Area?

Have contacted surgeons Nurse on Call several times since daVinci hysterectomy. Vaginal area is SORE, red, burning. Upper leg area near vagina feels NUMB. Have been treated twice for an inside "yeast" infection. Didn't help. Then told was a FUNGUS and to use a powder fungal-spray for jockitch...burns like crazy! Still SORE!
