What Causes Sore Ribs And Chest After Food Poison?
Two days ago I guess I had food poisoning from pizza. It started about 20 mins after eatting. Sharp pains in mystomic vomiting for hours...finally it stopped and I was fine. but my ribs and chest are sore and when I eat I become uncomfortible . Is this normal 2 days after food poisoning?
Helpful tips to get rid of it are: • Avoid all oily, spicy, non-vegetarian stuffs, beverages, and junk foods at present • Consume small amount of light diet at intervals • Consume more liquids in fractions • Remain ambulatory with walking, deep breathing exercises, and yoga • Take capsule Prilosec • Over-the-counter (OTC) basis antacid syrups will fasten the recovery • Avoid stress/anxiety/smoking/alcohol
