What Causes Sore Shoulders And Painful Swelling Near Tailbone After Falling?

fell last nite shoveling. Hit head on concrete and lower back above tailbone. Sore neck, shoulders, headache and a lot of pain and swelling along Lower back, just above tailbone. More swelling on right side. Painful to touch. Hard to move or walk. Any suggestions.
