What Causes Sore Throat Along With Swollen Lymph Nodes And Body Ache?

For 5 mos. now I ve had. What I thought was chronic ebv. My symptoms are sore throat, swollen glands, achy body, and fatigue. It comes abt with activities and nearly everyday mostly in afternoons. I ve been to so many drs pls give me answers. Candice

You may be due suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome or connective tissue disorders or cytomegalovirus infection or immunocompromised status or fibromyalgia etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Do regular exercise and yoga.
Eat green leafy vegetables, sleep early, avoid smoking and alcohol consumption.
Investigate for viral markers and Ra factor or ANA levels then please consult accordingly.
