hi sir i was in Dubai there i was comitt a miss take about sex after 2 day i experience flue like symptoms after that i tested my self many time up to 15 month all my test non-rective i am still with soar throat and black spout on my right arm and back on shoulder zafar iqbal

Hi,

Noted your short history of sexual exposure in Dubai 15 months ago, tested negative for HIV it seems, but has sore throat and black spots on arm and shoulder.
Since HIV is negative even after 15 months of exposure means your are HIV negative and stop doing further tests.
There are many other reasons for the symptoms of sore throat and black spots as you have mentioned.
The sore throat needs proper clinical evaluation and examination by an ENT Surgeon.
Additional tests of blood, bleeding time, clotting time, prothrombine time can help to find out the cause of black spots.
The black spots can be due to allergy to something that you must have taken before development of black spots.
Take proper course of an antibiotic, anti-inflammatory medicines, Povidone Iodine gargles and you may be fine.
Consult a Dermatologist for the black spots as the appearance can tell him the best possible diagnosis and have proper management as per the findings.
