What Causes Sore Throat And Breathlessness While Treating Cold?
hello, I am a male teacher around sick kids recently, some have the flu, colds, strep, and etc... I usually don t get sick. However, I have clear discharge, usually in the morning after waking up and stuffed up. Now, I am having a slight soar throat and achy... NO FEVER, but finding it difficult to breath first thing in the morning until I move around, after a while I feel fine, but repeat all this right before I go to bed... Please help

dear you may be developed viral Fever with rhinitis with pharyngitis. use water vapour inhalation, salt water gargling.avoid smoking and drinking alcohol.
drink plenty of liquids and take rest. use tab.levocetrizine twice a day for five days. if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
