General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Since you are negative for Streptococcal and Monoclonal strains , this is a general Pharyngitis with Laryngitis. Get an Endoscopy done to see the exact problem the Vocal Cords have.
Suggested treatment is :
Voice rest- no speaking at all- use pencil and paper.
Plain water steam inhalations.
Antibiotics according to the culture and sensitivity report.
Anti-inflammatory medicines.
