What Causes Sore Throat, Chest Pain And Upset Stomach?
I have had a sore throat but not a bad one for almost 2 weeks. Also, sometimes I have some chest pains and upset stomach which sometimes makes me worry to the point where I almost become really anxious. Overcome with anxiety. I work out a few days a week. I'm only 28 years old and I'm in pretty good shape so not sure whats going on?
