Hi, I have a 14-year-old son who has been suffering from a low-grade fever and sore throat for the past six days. On day one he vomited once and has had minimal appetite since. His sore throat has not decreased pain-wise, and he is fatigued and has a stuffed nose and ringing in his ears. He also has lost his voice for four days straight. Rather than improving symptom-wise, he is stabilized but I find that odd for a healthy male teen. He is losing weight due to not eating for six days straight.
HI Well come to HCM This could be allergic condition and if I would be treating doctor of this case then I would treat this case with Tab Levocetrizine 5 mg three times in day with Tab Acetaminophen for pain and discomfort, salt water gargle would be helpful, this is nothing to worry and the condition would come around soon, hope this information helps.
