HI welcome to HCM.
post by pass surgery complications like acid regurgitation are common. This is due to laxity of the the lower esophageal sphincter resulting in acid reflux.THis can be reduced by proton pump inhibitor therapy like Pantoprazole 40 mg for 14days.The condition will resolve by itself sooner or later.Increased secretions are also common in the post operative period.THis can be reduced with drugs like promethazine.Consult your doctor for further queries.
Thank you
