Hello Welcome in H.C.M. I have gone through your query regarding sore throat, dizziness, headache, bumps in throat and loss of appetite. You have also seen couple of white places in your throat. By your clinical history it appears as you are having acute upper respiratory tract infection with dyspepsia. Most of the time such infections are viral but bacterial involvements are also seen in fair number of patients. For relief you may take- 1- Tab Paracetamol. 2- Warm saline gargling and steam inhalation. 3- Antacid with PPI. 4- Anti histaminics and decongestant. 5- Antibiotic (preferably broad spectrum).
