What Causes Soreness And Pain In Lungs And Difficulty In Breathing?

I just started basketball last week and during conditioning had a very hard time breathing. Ive never been diagnosed with asthma by a doctor but I do have it. SOmetimes I use my moms inhehilor. I had a really hard time breathing and took a break from running. Today my lungs are sore and it kinda hurts to breath. Why would that be?

It looks like an asthma most probably. You should see a chest physician and get yourself examined. Use your moms inhaler and see if your find it better to breathe.
