What Causes Soreness And Weakness In Legs After Doing Squats?
I've been doing squats with out weights for about 3 days now, since then when i try walking i feel soreness and suddenly my legs will just collapse and i will fall down. I've hurt myself a few times because i have fallen, is there a way i can stop this?

Treatment of it is analgesic such as ibuprofen and rest .Stop doing squats for few weeks.When you became normal you can restart squats gradually so that your body adapt to it.You can take vitamin supplements and calcium.
