What Causes Soreness Around Knuckle After Punching?
Hi I have punched this person in the mouth intentionally and I knocked his tooth out this tooth also cut my hand just between the index and pinky knuckle two nights after the wound is healing but my hand is swollen and a small area around the cut is sore it sort of feels like a bruise Is the cut infected if so should I see medical attention or not ?

These symptoms could indicate an infection of a fracture. I suggest you go to the ER for examination and possibly an X-ray. You may need antibiotics.
